Od ponad pół roku słynny amerykański i globalny portal dla lekarzy Sermo (www.sermo.com) jest dostępny dla polskich lekarzy. Aktywnym członkiem tej międzynarodowej społeczności jest redaktor naczelna GdL. Pod nickiem mimax2 aktywnie udziela się na forum oraz pisze w języku angielskim cotygodniowe felietony, które są publikowane w każdy piątek. Autorka należy do grupy kilkunastu osób zwanych Sermo community columnist, czyli felietonistów społeczności portalu Sermo.
Felietony cieszą się zainteresowaniem czytelników oraz administracji portalu, czego wyrazem jest opublikowanie na stronie Facebooka jednego z felietonów zatytułowanego Released new guidelines for treating SERMO-nosis! (http://blog.sermo.com/2016/08/08/released-new-guidelines-treating-sermo-nosis/).
